    After you place your order online, you will receive a payment confirmation email from paypal and an order confirmation email from our website, this is your receipt. We will provide a copy of your receipt as a packing slip when we ship your item. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days and you will receive an updated email when it is on the way.

    ***Please not that if you have not received an email confirming your payment or your purchase then your order may not have gone through. Please verify with us if you have not received confirmation.

  • How long does it take to ship to [my location]?

    Even though our check out system is directly connected to Canada Post, Panda Paint has no control over the local postal system and we therefore cannot make any guarantees for arrival times. 

    Using your own Shipping Account:

    If you prefer to use your own shipping account for Canada Post or Purolator, simply contact us for the weight and dimensions of your package. You can create your own shipping label and send it to us via email.

  • How much is shipping to [my location]?

    We like to keep things simple. No matter where you are in Canada or how big your cart is, you'll always only pay a flat rate of $15.99 for shipping.

    Should you need your package faster, you always can opt for priority shipping at an additional cost.

  • Do you offer local pick-ups?

    Yes! But since Panda Paint is a home operated business, we ask that you schedule an appointment with us first. Consult the Contact Us page to get a hold of us.

  • Does Panda Paint ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, Panda Paint is only available in Canada at this moment.

  • Will my entire order be shipping in one package?

    In most cases, yes. We disable out-of-stock products and use inventory controls on our website to avoid backorders. Even with these precautions, we occasionally run into a shortage. In general, we will ship what is available and send the remaining products when they arrive. Please note that if this occurs, we will contact you prior to separating the shipment.

  • What do I do if my purchase arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

    If you have chosen a favorite sporting goods, then click 'Add to cart', and it will automatically be placed in your shopping cart. You can then continue to select products in our online store, adding to your shopping cart as sporting goods, as needed.If you have already completed the selection of sporting goods, then proceed directly to checkout.
