Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
Due to the hygienic nature of face painting and cosmetic products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once items have shipped.
If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving an incorrect item, damaged product, duplicate item, or manufacturer defect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the situation.
Any approved returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require items to be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Requests made outside of 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for review.
We reserve the right to deny returns, exchanges, or refunds at our discretion.

Please note discounted items found under our Sale tab can not be returned or refunded.

Local Pickup & Cancellation Policy

Local pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of purchase. If you need more time, please reach out before the 7-day mark to make alternate arrangements for shipping. Shipping fees will apply.

Orders not picked up within 7 days will be automatically canceled and charged a 30% restocking fee to cover handling, storage, and inventory costs.

All order cancellations, regardless of pickup timing, are subject to a 3% non-refundable transaction fee. This covers payment processing fees that are not returned to my business when refunds are issued.

Orders may not be canceled for the purpose of repurchasing at a promotional or sale price
