What is Panda Paint’s return policy?

We believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. Not only do we want you to be happy with your purchase, we want you to be happy with your experience shopping with Panda Paint.  

If the product you have received is incorrect, defective or otherwise not satisfactory, we are here to help you. Please contact us via phone or email.

Any exchanges must be authorized by us and the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. After the return is authorized you will receive a Return Authorization Number. If an item is returned without an authorization number, the item will be disposed of at the customer’s expense. In the event of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and Panda Paint reserves the right to refuse any refund and or exchange.

If your shipment arrived damaged during transit please be sure to save the damaged box and to take photos for insurance claims with the shipping company.  Please note that we are a small company and a restocking fee of 20% may apply for some returns.

**In order to maintain high quality and safe products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on face and body paints, practice pads, brushes, practice boards and glitter.
